We ensure a sustainable and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) driven quality across the covered countries by our Total Quality Development (TQD) assessment process. TQD stands for a total quality approach which includes all levels of structures of service production and is performed by a separate TQD team benchmarking and auditing service quality. This quality standard goes far beyond standard requirements and is the basic principle underpinning each and every one of SIG’s projects and includes all of our subsidiaries as well as joint venture business partners. In close collaboration with the customer, at the start of every project, we establish the initial measurement parameters or KPI’s; these include basic parameters (e.g. itinerary planning, calls per day) as well as success parameters such as the development of a digital distribution system with new product launches and sales trend analysis. These measurable targets are implemented by our trained staff and subject to constant monitoring with modern project management methods and technology-supported processes.
